The attention of the Management of Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) has been drawn to the shortage of scratch cards for online application of the PTDF Overseas Scholarship Scheme currently on sale in main branches of First Bank of Nigeria Plc in all the 36 State capitals and FCT. The cards are also available at the 36 state Scholarship Boards and FCT.

Management of PTDF remains deeply concerned about attempt by some unscrupulous Nigerians to hoard the scratch cards and sell them above the authorized price of N1000.00 (One Thousand Naira) only.  For the avoidance of doubt, it has become compelling to put the records straight and categorically state that the PTDF had earlier distributed 5,550 and 3,700 scratch cards to the distribution areas.  The selling price of the scratch cards is N1000.00 (One Thousand Naira) only.

In view of the foregoing, Management has approved a re-print of additional 5000 scratch cards to be distributed through the aforementioned distribution centres.
