The Overseas Scholarship Scheme (OSS) is one of the cardinal Programmes of the PTDF residing in the training department in this current regime. For more information on eligibility requirements and application to the Scheme click here A total of 450 Msc and 84 PhD scholars have so far been trained on the OSS programme from the year 2001 to 2006.
