Graduates of engineering, geosciences, environmental technology were up-skilled to acquire proficiency in the use of engineering design software. The trainees were trained in various specialized software aimed at promoting the Nigerian Content objective in the oil and gas industry.The programme is designed to develop capacities and competences tied to certain jobs in the industry which was previously unavailable to Nigerians.
